Last updated: October 10, 2026 • Your privacy and business data security are our highest priority.
Introduction
At BILL BOOK INDIA (GSTIN: 09CQEPD4167P1ZC), we are committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidential business records of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and business financial data when you use our multi-firm cloud ERP application.
Information We Collect
To deliver accurate accounting, GST return filing, and E-Way bill generation services, we collect the following types of information:
Name, mobile number, email address, password hash, and security PIN.
Company names, GSTINs, state codes, trade addresses, and bank accounts.
Sales & purchase vouchers, HSN codes, party ledgers, stock quantities.
Payment IDs, subscription status, and invoice receipt IDs (no card numbers stored).
Payment Security & Razorpay Compliance
We partner with Razorpay Software Private Limited for processing subscription and software activation payments online.
All debit card, credit card, net banking, and UPI transactions are executed directly within Razorpay's RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant vault. Bill Book India never views, records, or stores your raw card credentials or payment OTPs.
Multi-Firm Data Isolation & 256-Bit SSL
Our architecture strictly isolates every individual company's financial records using tenant-level foreign key restrictions. No firm's customer lists, stock records, or GST summaries can ever be accessed by another firm. All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL).
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your commercial data. We only share data with third parties in the following strict circumstances:
- Government GST Portal / NIC servers via authorized GSPs (such as TaxPro GSP) to generate legal E-Way Bills on your instruction.
- Razorpay to verify subscription payment settlements.
- Legal compliance when officially mandated under applicable Indian legislation.
