Nature of Service (Digital SaaS Software)
BILL BOOK INDIA (GSTIN: 09CQEPD4167P1ZC) is a digital, cloud-based ERP and GST accounting software platform. Because activation delivers immediate access to our cloud database infrastructure, multi-firm ledgers, and TaxPro GSP API connectors, our cancellation and refund terms are structured as described below.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Users have complete autonomy regarding their subscription terms:
- Before Activation: If you made a payment for software activation but have not yet received your activation key or code, you may cancel immediately for a 100% full refund.
- Post-Activation: Once your software license code has been issued and applied to your firms, the license is deemed activated and delivered.
- Renewal Cancellation: You can cancel recurring renewals at any time by contacting support at least 48 hours before the billing date.

Razorpay Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is verified and approved by our billing department, the refund instruction is initiated immediately through our Razorpay payment gateway. The credited funds will reflect back in your original source payment instrument (Bank Account / Credit Card / UPI handle) within 5 to 7 business days, in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) turnaround standards.
